Every major English test has now closed inside Iran. This page sets out what is actually still possible — plainly, without selling you anything that does not exist.
Last updated: 1 September 2026. Rules change; always confirm with the test provider before you book or travel.
These are the providers’ own announcements, not our interpretation. Check their websites for the current position.
What we cannot do — stated plainly
LexUnio is not an accredited examination body. We cannot issue a certificate that universities accept, and nobody who tells you otherwise is being honest with you. What we sell is preparation, not a certificate.
If you are going to travel for the exam, you are paying for a flight, a visa and the test fee — and in practice you get one attempt. Preparation matters more now, not less. Our IELTS and TOEFL practice is free, works in Persian, and tells you your level before you book anything.
This page is informational. It is not legal or immigration advice, and it is not affiliated with IELTS, ETS, Duolingo or any government body. Dates and rules are those announced by the providers and may change at any time.
