LexUnio is a language-learning platform offering lesson content, exercises, flashcards, digital textbooks and one-to-one live lessons with teachers. The scope of the service may change over time; we notify registered users of significant changes.
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account. You may not create an account if you are under 13; under 18 you may use it with a guardian’s consent.
The free plan has no time limit and requires no card details. Premium is billed monthly or yearly in advance and renews automatically unless cancelled. Digital books are a one-time purchase. Live lesson rates are set by the teacher; you see and confirm the amount before booking. All prices are in US dollars. After every payment, a numbered sales receipt is sent to your email address; you can verify it at lexunio.com/verify.
You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Digital content is unlocked in your account as soon as payment is confirmed. At checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal; this consent is also stated on the sales receipt sent to you. Payments are therefore non-refundable: there are no refunds or credits for unused periods, and digital books cannot be refunded once purchased. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law. If a payment is disputed (chargeback) without a valid reason, we provide our consent, payment and access records to the payment provider, and access to the related content may be suspended while the dispute is open. Live lessons that have not taken place are the exception: cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time and the fee is refunded.
Lessons, books, audio and images on the platform belong to LexUnio or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or use them commercially.
Using someone else’s account, attempting unauthorised access, scraping data with automated tools, sharing purchased content, or harassing other users is prohibited. We may suspend accounts in these cases.
Live lessons take place between a student and a teacher introduced through the platform. LexUnio provides the payment and scheduling infrastructure; the teacher is responsible for the lesson itself. Contact support if a problem arises.
The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for outages outside our direct control, for data loss, or for damages arising from third-party services. We keep electronic records of payments, consents and access, which may be used as evidence in a dispute.
You may close your account at any time. We may also close an account in case of serious breach of these terms. When an account is closed, personal data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
