LexUnio is a language-learning platform offering lesson content, exercises, flashcards, digital textbooks and one-to-one live lessons with teachers. The scope of the service may change over time; we notify registered users of significant changes.
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account. You may not create an account if you are under 13; under 18 you may use it with a guardian’s consent.
The free plan has no time limit and requires no card details. Premium is billed monthly or yearly in advance and renews automatically unless cancelled. Digital books are a one-time purchase. Live lesson rates are set by the teacher; you see and confirm the amount before booking. All prices are in US dollars.
You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Downloaded digital books cannot be refunded by their nature. Live lessons cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are refunded.
Lessons, books, audio and images on the platform belong to LexUnio or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or use them commercially.
Using someone else’s account, attempting unauthorised access, scraping data with automated tools, sharing purchased content, or harassing other users is prohibited. We may suspend accounts in these cases.
Live lessons take place between a student and a teacher introduced through the platform. LexUnio provides the payment and scheduling infrastructure; the teacher is responsible for the lesson itself. Contact support if a problem arises.
The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for outages outside our direct control, for data loss, or for damages arising from third-party services.
You may close your account at any time. We may also close an account in case of serious breach of these terms. When an account is closed, personal data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. We notify you by email of significant changes. Questions can be sent to support@lexunio.com.
